Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong

During my recent stay at the Four Seasons in Hong Kong, I was blown away by the really good service and attention to detail. I reminded me of a VIP.

Perfect service, fine harbour view, elegant decor, well-chosen amenities, top-class service.

Nothing.

This hotel is ideally located, with easy access to the Central Ferry piers and the Airport Express. The rooms are spacious, clean, and offer a fantastic view of the harbor. The service provided by the staff is exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure guest satisfaction. The breakfast is delicious and always delivered on time. The amenities, including the executive club and the attached shopping mall, add to the overall convenience and enjoyment of the stay.

The hotel lacks a variety of dining options within its premises.

Hotel location excellent, comfortable and clean rooms, polite and well-trained staff, in-room dining facilities, well-prepared food delivered on time.

Everything was spot on.

As young people, we absolutely loved the outstanding service and special attention we received at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, from upgrading our room and sending a birthday present to providing a complimentary bottle of champagne and cake. The communication between the different departments was excellent, and they even took note of our plans to visit the spa and made everything easier for us. Speaking of the spa, it was by far the best we've ever been to, with impeccable service and a wide range of treatments available. We have to give a special mention to Kon at reception for making us feel so special on my birthday. Thank you!

We were blown away by the perfect service and amazing views from our room on the 36th floor. The executive-club facilities with breakfast, bar, and snack-dinner were a good addition to our stay. The location was perfect, with easy access to the central area and the harbor. The direct entrance to the giant mall from the hotel lobby was also very convenient. we highly recommend this hotel for its superior service and prime location. the Spa & Wellness center was top-notch with attentive staff and a wide range of treatments. the Swimming pool area was also exceptional with an outdoor pool and a Jacuzzi section. the Spa Lounge was relaxing and tranquil, a perfect place to unwind after a busy day exploring the city.

this did not detract from the overall luxurious experience.

Staying at this hotel was truly a luxurious experience for me. the exclusive amenities provided were top-notch and fulfilled all my needs. the service was unparalleled, and the Spa & wellness centre was one of the best I have ever visited. the sauna and Jacuzzi were incredibly relaxing, and the full body massage was simply divine. the treatment room was spacious and serene, creating the perfect ambiance for a rejuvenating experience. the pool with a view on the sun terrace was stunning, and the sun loungers were very comfortable. the bar/lounge area was the perfect spot to relax and grab a drink, and the buffet breakfast was delicious and diverse.

the private facilities were somewhat lacking, as the treatment room I booked lacked proper lighting.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a luxury hotel in Hong Kong. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the IFC mall for some amazing shopping and close to the vibrant Central area with its plethora of restaurants. The room I stayed in was spacious and beautifully appointed, with a stunning view of the city skyline. The service was impeccable, with the staff going above and beyond to make my stay memorable. The breakfast spread was delicious, offering a wide variety of options. it was everything that makes this city awesome.

The only downside was that the spa facilities were not accessible for children, which made it a bit challenging for families looking to freshen up before check-in.

The hotel offered amazing deals due to ongoing demonstrations in the city, making it a great value for money. The staff provided excellent service, from the check-in process to assistance at the pool and bar. The views from the hotel, especially of the skyline at sunset, were fine.

Some aspects of the room, such as the towels and mattress, appeared worn and in need of replacement.

Located in a prime area, with easy access from the airport and close to Central and business centers. The view from our high-floor room was fine, with a beautiful panorama of the harbor. The bed was comfortable, and the room was equipped with a nespresso machine and a fruit bowl.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel for my wedding anniversary. The room was spacious, airy, and beautifully furnished, with a fine view of the waterfront. The hotel facilities, especially the outdoor swimming pool with its nice view over the harbor, were fantastic. The buffet breakfast on the 45th floor offered a great selection of local and international cuisine. The staff provided excellent customer service, making sure every detail was taken care of.

It was all superb.

Great staff - friendly and professional. Complimentary water in room and at pool. Spacious room with amazing harbour view. Superb location next to Hong Kong Station, Michelin restaurant, and IFC Mall. Comfortable bed.
